In this photo you can see that the window had been unable to stop water from leaking into the basement for some time. To correct this issue Woods installed a SunHouse window well enclosure, which you can see in the next image.
SunHouse Window Well Enclosure Installed in Fenton, Mo
This is an in process photo showing the SunHouse window well being put in place. Next the installation team would fill in the landscaping around the enclosure and finish off the well with a clear water tight cap. This system will prevent any water from entering the basement at this window.
WaterGuard System Installed in Fenton, Mo
Here you can see another in process photo of one of the other solutions Woods was able to provide to keep this basement dry. The WaterGuard system will direct any water that does get into the basement directly to the sump pump. WaterGuard runs along the edge of the wall underneath the floor.
WaterGuard Completes Basement WaterProofing in Fenton, MO
This photo shows the WaterGuard system completely installed. Concrete is poured over top of the WaterGuard track keeping it out of sight and out of mind. This solution provides peace of mind that any water entering the basement never has the chance to collect and puddle on the floor, but instead it is directed underneath the floor to the sump pump.
Twin Pack Sump Pump Installed in Fenton, MO
Here you can see that to partner with the WaterGuard we also installed a Twin Pack sump pump. This is a dual pump system with each pump on a different level so that if the first pump were ever to get over worked in a heavy rain the second pump would be triggered to kick on and help direct the water out of the basement.
