Basement Waterproofing - Homeowner's Sump Pump

While not a Woods recommendation, the leaking water from the basement wall crack is drained into the existing sump pump. The homeowner accepts full responsibility for the proper operation of the sump pump so that the water collected is properly drained so that the basement remains dry.
