Basement Waterproofing - Lateral Line to the Rear Wall

the the sump pump pit located on the rear basement wall, the lateral line will help drain water from the front of the basement to the sump pump system. NOTE: we installed a port at the HVAC condensation line into the lateral waterproofing drain line to shorten the trip hazard going to the basement floor drain.
