Basement Waterproofing - High Part of the Floor

A second floor crack "Y" off the crack going across the basement floor. This part of the floor was over an inch higher than the center of the basement floor. This part of the crack was not yet actively leaking since the pressure of the leak was being relieved at the lower part of the basement floor.
