Basement Waterproofing - Waterproofing Around a Fireplace

The gray material is our WaterGuard waterproofing system. It is the equivalent of a 4 inch pipe that take water leaking in the basement directly to the sump pumps. Note that this fireplace was on its own footing so we were able to install the waterproofing system up close to the bricks.
