In Chesterfield, Missouri homeowner Lisa B. wanted to waterproof her basement. Her basement was finished and a space for her family to spend time together. After a heavy rain this past week, her basement became wet and damp from rainwater entering her home. She decided to finally make the call to Woods Basement Systems to get her problem fixed.
Foreman Tyler Sears and his team came out to the Chesterfield home, to install our patented items such as WaterGuard and IceGuard. WaterGuard is our drainage system that is installed around the perimeter of the room, and is installed on-top of the footing. The IceGuard sends the water out of the home, even if the drainage pipe is clogged or frozen. Now that her basement is dry and waterproofed, she is able to have family and friends to spend time there again.
