Homeowners Gary and Lynn S. of Saint Charles, Missouri wanted a solution to their leaking basement. On the walls of the foundation they had many cracks that were letting rainwater into the home after a storm. Unable to store anything in their basement without fear of it getting wet, they decided to call Woods Basement Systems.
We sent our foreman Tyler Sears out to the home to install our WaterGuard system. WaterGuard is our premiere waterproofing system that is installed around the perimeter of the basement, on-top of the footing. Instead of patching up cracks that will still leak, our team installed our CleanSpace Liner on the foundation walls. CleanSpace is used in wet basements and crawlspaces, the liner is thick, allowing the water to flow behind the liner and down into the WaterGuard system. Now, Gary and Lynn are happy knowing their basement is dry.
