Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Installing WaterGuard and TripleSafe

In O’Fallon, Missouri homeowner Chris B. wanted to waterproof his basement. After a rainy spring and summer, he was exhausted with keeping up with the water that was coming in his home. The rainwater was entering his basement where the floor meets the wall, seeping onto the floor and touching the items he had stored. After seeing several commercials and radio ads, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. We sent our foreman Juan Hernandez and his team out to the home to install our patented waterproofing system. We have several items that work together to keep the basement waterproofed, such as WaterGuard, TripleSafe, IceGuard, and several more depending on your home’s needs.

Sump Pump

Some homeowners want to use their original sump pump system, WaterGuard will work around that.

CleanSpace

Our CleanSpace liner is a thick, durable liner (similar to a pool liner) protecting the walls and the floor.

IceGuard

Here is a closer look at our IceGuard system, it is designed to keep the flow of water moving, even if the drain becomes clogged or frozen,

Drainage Line

Once the basement is waterproofed, we extend the drainage line away from the foundation. We also install our IceGuard system.

Installing WaterGuard

We install WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement, on-top of the footing.

CleanSpace Walls

Over the walls, we installed our CleanSpace liner, that sends the water behind and down into the WaterGuard system.
