WaterGuard Drainage System
This is what our WaterGuard drainage system looks like fully installed. We excavate a trench along the perimeter of the basement and install our drainage line. This way our system sits below the basement floor directing any water trying to seep in directly to the sump pump. We then pour concrete back over the system, once the concrete is dry you would never know we were there at all!
Waterproofed Basement
Now, the basement is completely waterproofed by Woods.
The Difference of WaterGuard
Unlike conventional French drains that are installed outside the foundation or alongside the footing, WaterGuard drainage piping is installed inside the basement and won't clog with silt or plant roots.
