After looking over the home, JD gave the recommendation of installing a drainage system and a sump pump to keep the house safe and dry.
Foreman, Juan H., lead his team of installers to install the new WaterGuard drainage system into the basement floors. These drains will collect and direct pesky water leaks towards the sump pump. Since the home didn't have a sump pump, a TripleSafe sump pump system was installed to discard of the water leaks. This pump is composed of three pumps that will serve as a dependable system all year round. Thanks to Woods' top waterproofing products, this basement is protected from harmful leaks!
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Along with the WaterGuard drains, a TripleSafe sump pump was installed in the corner of the basement to discard the water leaks. This three pump system will continuously pump out all water collected by the WaterGuard drains and will function even during a power outage because of the battery operated backup pumps.
IceGuards Attached
Even on the exterior waterproofing continued! IceGuards were attached to the discharge lines to prevent the lines from freezing during harsh weather or clogging by debris.
Water Leaks Inside
The issue within this basement was that once the snow melted outside, this basement had no means of protection from water. This homeowner utilized this space and wanted to protect his property, so he gave Team Woods a call.
LawnScape Outlet Added
A LawnScape outlet was installed into the yard to direct the pumped out water away from the house. This is vital to keep water from leaking back into the basement and repeating a vicious cycle.
