Leaking Basement Windows
Over time, window frames break down, allowing water to leak past the seals. In order to fix window leaks, you need a drainage system that funnels water to your sump pump. We replaced the existing one that the homeowner had that was failing.
Solution to Leaking Windows
Installing a window wall drain will prevent the water-filled window well from flooding your basement by transporting the water directly from the window well to the interior drainage system. This system is effective, works on all-size windows, and is quick and affordable to install.
Old Sump Pump
This customer's old system was not working properly. If you have an existing waterproofing system, we can replace and upgrade it.
New Sump Pump
Since the old system was not able to protect the basement from the amount of water coming in, we installed a new sump pump system. Our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System provides three levels of production for your basement, always keeping it dry.
Water Seepage
Without a perimeter draining system, water can wreak havoc on your basement. In this photo, you can see water damage near the stairs and around the perimeter of the basement floor. Without a waterproofing system, your basement is susceptible to a multitude of problems.
French Drain Solutions
In order to keep your basement dry all the time, a French drain system needs to be installed. In this basement, we installed a WaterGuard® system. This system is designed to capture water seepage through walls and leaks in your basement. Here you can see concrete that was re-poured around the perimeter of the basement floor where the drain system was installed.
Old Discharge Line
A sump pump discharge line releases the water that would otherwise accumulate in your basement. Here you can see the old drain on the discharge line.
New Discharge Line
Here you can see the new LawnScape™ drain with buried discharge line. We will bury your discharge line outside for free when you waterproof your basement with us.
