Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: TripleSAFE™ Sump Pump Features

The TripleSAFE™ Sump Pump system has several "basement designed features" that greatly improve the basement comfort and safety once installed. Virtually air-tight lid so moisture will not evaporate out and help mold to grow. Two-part lid for easy access and a "bridge" so support up to 250 pounds. And a built-in floor drain that is Radon approved, which means it is a one-way drain. Water from an HVAC condensation line will let that water drain into the sump pump but it controls air or evaporation from leaving the sump pump pit.

We also installed foundation piers along part of the front wall to this RECRACK of an epoxy repair on the sidewall.

Vertical Crack Drain

This sheeting is mechanically attached to the wall and sealed to make sure all the leaking water from this front wall cracks drains to the sump pump.

Floor Piping Systems

Our waterproofing piping drains the water from wall cracks and drains it to the sump pump location. (Not Shown Is The Floor Re-pour)

Exterior Sump Pump Location

The sump pump location is in the corner of this basement in Chesterfield and we drill through the foundation wall to install our discharge line from the sump pump.

Floor Drain Air STOP

This is the cylinder below the air-tight lid that only lets water pass into the sump pump pit and controls the air and evaporation from leaking back out into the basement.

The TripleSAFE™ sump pump liner has a special feature to help the basement stay dry. It has a virtual air-tight lid.

Two part Lid and BRIDGE

This sump pump pit has 2 sections for easier access and bridge support that can hold up to 250 pounds.

Sump Pump the Water to the Outside

A hole must be drilled through the basement wall to add PVC pipe to evacuate the sump pump water to the exterior of the home and downhill away from the foundation.
