Waterproofed Basement
Our WaterGuard® System is installed along the perimeter of the floor, which looks wet. The white thick sheet attached to a wall is an inexpensive, yet effective way to add extra waterproofing protection to your basement.
Don't bother with paint!
The basement foundation walls are completely covered with thick (20mil) white poly sheet material. It's cost-effective moisture & vapor barrier.
Foundation Support With Push Piers
A push pier not only stops settlement but lifts the foundation back to its original position, decreasing cracks and improving window and door operation.

To install push piers, the area is excavated to expose the foundation footing where the pier will go. A heavy-duty bracket is then installed below the footing. The pier is hydraulically driven through the bracket until stable soil is reached.
