Installation: Around the Perimeter
WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of the basement at the floor and wall joint, allowing it to collect groundwater.
installation: Direct Access to the TripleSafe
WaterGuard directs water seepage to flow straight into the TripleSafe sump system, allowing it to be pumped up and out of the basement.
Below Ground
WaterGuard is installed below the floor. This allows the space to be used for either storage or living space, all while having the peace of mind of having a dry basement.
Wall Flange
A small piece of WaterGuard is visible above ground- the built-in wall flange. This allows the WaterGuard to collect wall leaks to keep your basement safe and dry.
Small but Powerful
The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier is efficient at keeping down humidity inhibiting the growth of mold and dust mites, making your air healthier and drier.
Inspection Port
WaterGuard has built-in inspection ports to make access easy and efficient.
Durable Design
WaterGuard is made of a strong, rugged plastic that is designed to prevent clogs and kinks with its large-diameter channel.
Clog Prevention
WaterGuard is designed to sit up and out of dirt and silt to prevent the system from clogging.
IceGuard Provides Year-Round Protection
Ice Guard is an automatic discharge system that connects directly to the sump system, allowing water to escape in the unfortunate event of pipes freezing in the cold winter months.
Concrete Cover-Up Installation
Once the water WaterGuard is in its proper position, it is concealed and covered with concrete.
Triple Protection
The TripleSafe consists of three pumps- two main Zoeller and one backup UltraSump. The UltraSump runs on battery power and kicks on if there is a primary pump or power failure, ensuring that your basement stays safe and dry, even in heavy rains or storms.
