Perimeter Waterproofing System
Our perimeter waterproofing system is freshly installed. The concrete is still wet and drying in this photo.
Before Waterproofing
The floor joists were poorly insulated.
Waterproofing Basement Walls
Because the water was seeping in through the walls, we put up a vapor barrier and sealed it from top to bottom.
Insulation
We put insulation near the floor joists to create an additional barrier there.
Windows
We waterproofed with our vapor barrier around the windows too!
Sump Pump & Dehumidifier
We installed a new sump pump and dehumidifier to keep this basement dry.
