Old System
We installed our system where the old drain tile system was originally installed. You can see where water is still seeping in not keeping this basement dry.
Inside Water Damage

Where Water Leaks
This homeowner wasn't sure where or how water was coming into the basement. We found a small crack where the floor meets the wall at the bottom. This was allowing water to seep in, as you can see here.
Solutions For Every Basement
This homeowner wanted to keep their sump pump system so we tied our system into it.
Digging Perimeter System
We remove the concrete and soil around the perimeter of the basement where we are going to install the system,
Keeping it Tidy
While working in your basement we try to keep everything tidy and organized for a more proficient install.
Sealing the System
We replace the earth we dug up and pour concrete to keep everything in place for a more discrete design.
Job Completed
Another dry the time basement with very happy homeowners!
Waterproofing Windows
Here you can see one of our window drainage channels that ties into the perimeter waterproofing system. If water seeps into the basement through the window, the duct will catch the moisture and move it along to the perimeter system, then to the sump pump, and then away from the house.
