Out of Sight
WaterGuard is installed below the ground, keeping it out of sight. Despite being sub-ground, it is designed to prevent clogs by sitting out of dirt and silt.
Around the Perimeter
WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of the basement at the floor and wall joint. Here it collects groundwater, as well as wall leaks through the built-in wall flange.
Inspection Port
WaterGuard has a built-in inspection port to give ease of access in future inspections. It can also act as a drain if a dehumidifier were to be installed in the future.
Prevent Water Damage
TrenchDrain can be installed in places other than stairways and doorways, keeping your basement floors safe and dry from surface water.
Automatic Peace of Mind
IceGuard is an automatic discharge system that allows water to escape out of the sump pump under the unfortunate circumstances of pipes freezing in the cold winter months. This can provide you with the peace of mind knowing your basement will remain dry, year-round!
Discharge Line
IceGuard leads into the discharge line, and water is expelled out into the lawn. The green drain is designed to blend in with the surrounding grass and greenery.
TrenchDrain
TrenchDrain connects to the WaterGuard and is designed to collect surface water to keep your basement floors clean and dry. It is ideal to place them in stairways or doorways.
