This homeowner in Creve Coeur, Missouri was a previous customer who we installed a waterproofing system for in the basement. They contacted us because their basement was dry, but the water was coming in on the main level of the home during heavy rains. Here are some job progress photos of how our team installed an exterior discharge line system and exterior sump pump to keep the water from coming into their home.

Before New Drain System

During heavy rains, this area would flood and the homeowner had problems with water seeping into the main level of their home through the cove joint.

New Custom Drain

A look after we installed an underground drainage system. The green grate cover is designed to allow water to flow through but keep debris and critters out.

Job Site

If we remove anything from the work area outside, we put it back once we have done what we need. We try to make the job progress as clean as possible and the way we found it.

Tunneling Under

We extended the underground drainage system to extend out underneath the sidewalk to the other side. This way water would be carried away from the house, which is what you want.
