Below the Gound
WaterGuard is installed sub-ground to collect groundwater and wall leaks. Despite being below the ground, it has a special design that prevents the system from clogging with dirt or silt.
Working Together
WaterGuard channels the water seepage to flow directly into the sump system so it can be expelled from the basement, keeping the area safe and dry.
Covered Up
After WaterGuard is installed, it is then covered back up with concrete and smoothed out.
Wall Flange
If an EverLast Half Wall System is installed with WaterGuard, it is installed after WaterGuard so the wall flange can sit behind the EverLast Wall Panels to collect any wall leaks, keeping the area drier.
Around the Perimeter
WaterGuard is installed at the floor and wall joints of the basement. Here, you can see an Everlast Half Wall Restoration System in the process of being installed after the WaterGuard is done.
