WaterGuard

WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system designed to collect ground water and wall leaks at the cove joint. It then redirects water seepage to flow into the sump system so it can be effectively expelled from the basement, keeping it dry.

Wall Flange

WaterGuard has a special wall flange that sticks out above ground to collect any pesky wall leaks, keeping the floors safe and dry!

IceGuard

IceGuard is an automatic discharge system that allows water to escape out of the sump pump in case pipes are free in the cold winter temperatures. This provides peace of mind all year round!
