Old Sump Pump
A view of the old sump pump pit. You can see where water is seeping from the cove joint, which is where the wall and floor meet.
A look at the basement before we installed our perimeter waterproofing system.
During French Drain Installation
Here is a great view of how our french drain system is installed and tied into the waterproofing system. Concrete is then poured over to seal it and give its discreet design.

Our system doesn't sit in dirt which is why it doesn't clog from silt or sediment. Our system lays on a bed of rock as you can see here.
