We were contacted by this customer for a service call in Webster Groves, Missouri. They already had one of our systems installed. They were needing a new access port put in at the other end of the system. Here are some job progress photos from that service call.

Where Basements Leak

This wall crack had water seeping out of it. Since there was no perimeter system, it was getting on the floor of the basement.

Our system works well with all types of foundations. The nice thing about our system is it is discreet. The system is installed right above the footing of your foundation and then concrete is poured over to keep it hidden. Here you can see the concrete still drying that we poured over the system.

Ice Guards

There are drainage lines that come out from the house. The caps on top of them are used to prevent the lines from freezing during freezing temperatures.

Perimeter Waterproofing

The grey piece you see sitting at the cove joint is the wall flange which creates space between the floor and wall allowing any seepage to drain down into it.

Sump Pump Pit

We can tie our sump pump system into an existing sump pump pit like you see here.

Access Port

How we service the system. The access port is used to flush the system like you see here.

Drain Cover

The green grate is our drain cover. This is placed at the end of the underground drainage system and the grate is designed to keep debris and critters out.
