Drainage System Before
A view of the downspout before we tied it into our underground drainage system. Water would pool up in this area because it is not leading the water far away from the house.
Underground Drainage System
We tied in one of the downspouts to our discharge line so that the water can flow away from the house.
No Clogged Lines
Our discharge line will never clog because of our patent design. This system allows water to escape if the lines are ever frozen or blocked.
Underground Drainage Line
Here you can see the grate at the end of the line. This grate keeps debris and critters from getting into the system and clogging it.
Trench Drain Before
Here is a look at the exterior trench drain. Because of the slope of the driveway, you can see why water would still come into the garage.
Trench Drain
Water would pool around the garage because of the slope. There was already one trench drain installed so the one on the inside is what we installed. This ensures any water not being captured by the first trench drain, will be captured by the second.
New Sump Pump
We installed a new sump pump system which includes three pumps and stands and a water alarm to sound if water rises and the pumps don't kick on.
