WaterGuard
WaterGuard is installed below the ground at the floor and wall joint. Despite being sub-ground, this system is specially engineered to sit up and out of dirt and silt to prevent from clogging.
TripleSafe
The TripleSafe Sump System consists of two main pumps and one battery-operated back up UltraSump. The UltraSump kicks in takes over if there is primary pump or power failure, keeping the basement safe and dry!
Water Seepage Redirection
WaterGuard collects groundwater, as well as wall leaks with the built-in wall flange. It channels the water to the TripleSafe where it can be pumped up and out of the basement, keeping the floors dry!
Automatic System
IceGuard is an automatic discharge system that allows water to escape out of the sump system in case pipes freeze in the cold winter months.
Discharge Drain
This discharge drain is away from the house and is designed to blend in with the surrounding grass and greenery.
