Pouring Concrete
Our system is discreet and is installed right above the footing so we do remove some concrete and then replace it, which is what you see here.
Vapor Barrier
A vapor barrier, the white panels on the walls, were installed on all basement walls to reduce the amount of wall seepage and direct the moisture into the system installed underneath the floor.
Sump Pump System
This homeowner wanted to make sure the system always worked so we installed our three sump pump system with stands and pit, a water watch alarm, and battery backup in the event the power goes out.
Underground Discharge Line
We installed an underground discharge line with a grate at the end of the line designed to keep debris and critters out.
Job Completed
Another dry all the time basement and happy homeowner.
