Underground System

WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that is installed at the cove joint of the basement. It is designed to collect both groundwater and wall leaks. Once it collects the seepage, it channels it to flow into the sump pump, keeping the ground safe and dry.

TripleSafe Provides Triple Protection

The TripleSafe Sump System includes three pumps. It consists of two primary, cast-iron Zoeller pumps, and one battery-operated back up UltraSump. UltraSump kicks on in the event of primary pump or power failure, providing you with peace of mind for many years to come.

Because WaterGuard is installed under the floor, the space above can be used for recreational living space or as a storage area!

Wintertime Protection

IceGuard provides peace of mind by allowing water to escape out of the sump pump system if pipes freeze in the cold, winter months. This is an automatic system that requires nothing for you to do.
