Drying Carpet
While we were out for the free estimate and inspection, the homeowner was trying to dry up the moisture that seeped into the carpet.
Discharge Line
The white discharge lines coming from the side of the house have a piece on the top that helps prevent the lines being backed up so water can still flow through in the event they freeze or get blocked.
Perimeter Waterproofing Installation
Our system is installed right above the footing of your foundation and concrete is poured over to seal it, which is what you see here. We have to cut some of the drywall to install the system and cut back some of the carpet.
Lateral Line
Because of the way the floor slopes, we installed a lateral line so water doesn't pool up in the area.
New Sump Pump
We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump system which comes with 3 pumps, pit for it all, pump stands, and a WaterWatch Alarm which alerts you if the water rises above a certain range.
