Dana D. of Troy, MO was concerned about her leaky basement. Luckily, System Design Specialist Chris T. was able to come up with a plan! Underneath Production Manager Mike J., Foremen Murphy W. and Aleck R., along with their crews, installed systems to both waterproof the basement, as well as stabilize the walls. Now Dana can rest assured that her basement is now stable and dry!

Before Installation: Wet Basement

You can see that the basement is leaking and water seepage is puddling, making the floor wet.

Clean and Dry

WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that is installed below the floor at the cove joint. From this area, it can collect both groundwater, as well as wall leaks with its built-in wall flange. The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier helps redirect wall leaks to flow into the WaterGuard, as well as prevent water vapor from permeating through the walls, keeping the area drier.

PowerBrace

PowerBrace is a permanent wall stabilization system. It can be tightened over time, and provides the opportunity to possibly reverse wall failure. PowerGuard is a system that allows both the WaterGuard and PowerBrace systems to be installed concurrently, keeping the basement stable and dry.

TripleSafe Provides Triple Protection Against Water Leaks

The TripleSafe consists of three pumps: two, main Zoeller pumps and one battery-operated UltraSump. The primary pumps can pump up to 6,200 gallons of water an hour, together! The UltraSump provides extra protection in the case of primary pump or power failure.
