Wall Flange
The grey strip you see around the top of the perimeter is our wall flange. The wall flange collects water seepage and directs it to the system.

We installed a trench drain around the appliances in the basement to keep them from getting damaged if water ever makes it way into this basement again.

Trench drains are ideal for doors and stairways. They keep water from entering the basement in this case.
Perimeter System
Our french drain system is a perimeter system and designed to collect water seepage and direct it away from the house.
Upgraded Sump Pump System
In this basement we installed a sump pump system that has three pumps and stands, a water alarm, and battery backup, which keeps the system running during a power outage

Basement Entrance
You can tell water collected and pooled at the bottom of these steps, which also happens to be an entrance to the basement.
Discharge Line System
Our discharge line system which is a clog free design. If the pipes freeze in winter, the design of our system allows water to still escape.
