Bright & Clean
We installed a vapor barrier over the basement walls to capture any wall seepage and direct it to the french drain system to lead it away from the house.
Close-up of Vapor Barrier
We install the vapor barrier using fasteners that are drilled in to the wall. All entry points are sealed so nothing can escape.
Waterproofed Stairs

End of Line
The end of the discharge line with a cover on it. This cover keeps debris and critters from getting into the system.
Discharge System
For this home, we had to run the discharge line underneath the slab of concrete and away from the house.

Before Waterproofing
You can see where water has damaged certain areas around the basement.
Sump Pump Pit
We can tie our system into an existing sump pump pit which is what we did here but this homeowner opted to have two sump pumps installed because of the size of the basement.
Ultimate Sump Pump System
This is the best system we have. It has three sump pumps, three stands, a water alarm, battery backup to keep the system running during a power outage, and a dehumidifier to filter and dry the air out.
