These pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it towards the TripleSafe Sump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. Next, IceGuard was installed so that water can still drain out, even when the pipes are frozen. A CleanSpace Wall Liner was also installed to keep water vapor from getting in, and to help drain wall leaks down to WaterGuard. Lastly, both the GeoLock Wall Anchors and the Powerbrace System were installed to permanently stabilize the foundation walls. These will help close the cracks, so water doesn’t leak through them.
