Lewis S wanted to waterproof the basement to prevent it from flooding when it rains. First, Woods had the WaterGuard System installed. These pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it towards the UltraSump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. Next, IceGuard was installed so that water can still drain out, even when the pipes are frozen. A downspout extension was also installed underground so that water can be drained farther from the house. Lastly, a CleanSpace Wall Liner was installed to keep water vapor from getting in, and to help drain wall leaks down to WaterGuard. Lewis can now have peace of mind knowing that the basement will stay dry and clean for years to come!
CleanSpace
This wall liner will prevent water vapor from entering and drain any wall leaks down to WaterGuard.
WaterGuard
This perimeter drainage system will catch water that comes down the walls and lead it towards the Sump System.
UltraSump
This sump system will pump out water that gets in it, even if there is no power to the house, thanks to the battery backup system.
IceGuard and Downspout Extension
IceGuard will allow water to drain out even if the pipes freeze over, and the water will drain out of the extended downspout away from the house.
