Peggy H wanted to waterproof her basement so that water could be eliminated if the basement flooded. First, Woods installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System. These pipes intercept water at the wall and floor joint of the basement and drain it towards the TripleSafe Sump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. This advanced sump pump system will remain working even if there is no power to the house, thanks to the UltraSump battery backup pumping system. Next, a CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This vapor barrier will stop water vapor from permeating the basement walls and will also drain any wall leaks. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was also added to keep the basement air clean and dry. Lastly, a TrenchDrain system was installed in places where water might leak in, so it is drained to the sump system. Peggy can now have peace of mind knowing that her basement will stay clean and dry for years to come!
