Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Water in Basement Solutions in Ballwin, Missouri

A Ballwin, MO homeowner contacted our waterproofing company because ground water was seeping into the basement through a plumbing trench and water was collecting in it. We met with them for a free estimate and went over the options to fix their problem. Here are some job progress photos of how we waterproofed this basement taking care of the ground water issue for this customer.

Drain Cover

Here is the end of our underground drain line. The cover keeps debris or critters from getting in it.

Access Port

The piece you see towards the end of the perimeter system is the access port. We use that to service and flush the system to make sure everything is working properly.

Lateral Line

We installed a lateral line to direct the ground water to our perimeter system and then to the sump pump.

Best Sump Pump System

This is one of our best systems! It has three pumps, three stands, an airtight pit lid, and a water watch alarm that sounds if water rises to high and the pumps don't turn on.

Perimeter Waterproofing

Our perimeter waterproofing system after being installed and concrete poured. This system collects water seepage and directs it to the sump pump and away from the house.
