There was water leaking and causing damage to a St. Louis, MO basement. To solve this issue, Woods installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System. These pipes intercept water at the wall and floor joint of the basement and drain it towards the TripleSafe Sump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed to allow water to escape if the pipes freeze over or are blocked for any reason. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This underground downspout extension for sump pump discharge lines will allow water to be drained out farther from the house, out into the street. This basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
