A small closet was leaking water in Saint Louis, MO, causing mold to grow. To solve this issue, Woods first installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System. These pipes will intercept water at the wall and floor joint of the closet and drain it towards the TripleSafe Sump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. This advanced sump pump system will remain working even if there is no power to the house, thanks to the UltraSump battery backup pumping system. Next, a CleanSapce liner was installed to prevent water vapor from permeating the wall and drain any leaks down to WaterGuard. Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed to allow water to escape if the pipes freeze over or are blocked for any reason. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This underground downspout extension for sump pump discharge lines will allow water to be drained out farther from the house.
