Water was entering a basement in Creve Coeur, MO, causing concern. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was first installed. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it from the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out, and effectively pumps out the water. Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This connects the discharge lines to a special extension sending water away from the foundation while camouflaging the end of the pipe. Thanks to these systems, this basement will now remain dry all the time!
Perimeter Drain

Sump Pump
The TripleSafe has three pumps combined into one and provides an assuring battery failsafe in case of a power outage.
Discharge Lines
IceGuard is located at the top of the discharge line to allow water to escape in case of water overflow or the pipes freeze. 
Discharge Outlet
The LawnScape Outlet provides an escape for water that comes out of the drainage pipe with an additional camouflaging feature.
