Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: waterproofing a Basement in O'Fallon, MO
Water was entering a basement in O'Fallon, MO, causing damage and concern to the homeowners. To solve this issue, the BrightWall Paneling System was first installed. This all-plastic, bright white, basement wall paneling provides a clean look for an unfinished basement. It prevents water vapor from seeping into the basement and drains any wall leaks down to the WaterGuard System, which was installed next. This perimeter drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes.
Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This connects the discharge lines to a special extension sending water away from the foundation while camouflaging the end of the pipe. Thanks to these systems, this basement will now remain dry all the time!
