Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing A Basement In Saint Charles, MO
A basement in Saint Charles, Missouri, had some water seepage issues that needed to be addressed. Woods came out and first installed some french drains. These french drains, also called the WaterGuard System, consists of specially made piping that sits inside the floor to avoid clogging from dirt. It will direct and carry water seepage to a nearby sump pump to be removed. With this system in place, the next installation was a new sump pump. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a top of the line system with not one, but two pumps to consistently remove water. This pump also comes with an extra batter-powered pump called the UltraSump. This sump pump will still remove water even if a power outage leaves the other two inoperable. With these installs in place, conditions in this basement are guaranteed to stay much dryer.
