A basement in Ballwin, Missouri, had some water seepage issues that were causing problems. Woods came out and first installed the CleanSpace System to catch the moisture coming through the walls. The sheet of material is placed directly on them and will drain the water it collects down below. The next install was the WaterGuard System. These specially designed drains are installed directly in the floor, and will collect the water seepage from the CleanSpace. These pipes then take the water to the nearby sump pump for removal. With these installs in place, this basement will see a much dryer future ahead.
