Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing System in O'Fallon, IL
A homeowner in Saint Louis, MO noticed water leaking from their walls. They reached out to Woods and we had a solution. Our WaterGuard™ System goes along the interior perimeter and collects water from the wall. It then directs the water towards the nearby sump pump. WaterGuard™ pipes are laid above the footing to prevent the soil from clogging. The crew then installed our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump, which has multiple pumps to remove the maximum amount of water from the home. With these in place, the basement will stay dry for years to come!
Room for Drainage
The crew leaves a 3/8in gap between the wall and the floor to ensure the water seepage drains.
Directed to the Sump Pump
WaterGuard™ pipes are strategically laid to direct the water to the sump pump.
IceGuard™
Once the water gets to the sump pump, it goes through the discharge lines, where it's removed for good. IceGuard™ is an anti-freeze fitting that protects the discharge lines and ejects water if the sump pump clogs.
Drainage Line
This is the water's final destination. The drainage line is laid beneath the ground to hide the system.
