Our project to waterproof this basement involved a series of strategic steps to ensure a dry and protected foundation. First, we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system .A TripleSafe pump system was then installed, featuring a primary and a backup AC pump, as well as an UltraSump battery backup for reliable operation during power outages. This included CleanPump stands, an airtight lid, and a WaterWatch alarm system for added security. Finally, an exterior discharge line was run with a LawnScape outlet to move water to a safe distance from the foundation.
