On this job, our team worked on waterproofing this space by first installing WaterGuards™, IceGuards, a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump system, and a CleanSpace™. The WaterGuards™ function as a long pipe that's installed along the floor/wall joints to help collect water seepage and move it to the discharge line that's outside. The TripleSafe™ Sump Pump uses a battery-powered motor pump to pump out the excess water through the WaterGuards™ and to the discharge line. Lastly, our team installed a CleanSpace™ to keep the space dry and clean for our customers.

The TripleSafe™ Sump Pump is designed to pump out any excess water that's seeping into the basements. This pump keeps your basement dry with triple the protection: two pumps powered by your internal power source, and one battery-powered pump in case of a power outage. This ensures that our customers will be guaranteed protection in any emergency.

The CleanSpace™ is designed to keep any basement or crawlspace dry and clean for future use. A CleanSpace™ prevents water vapors and mold from forming.
