Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Basement in Swansea, IL

On this job, our team of amazing experts installed WaterGuards™ along the floor/wall joints of the basement. The WaterGuards™ collect the excess water that's seeping out of the wall/floors, then it's pumped out of the basement using the TripleSafe™ sump pump that our team also installed. Then they installed a SaniDry™ Sedona with a stand to keep the humidity low.

Basement (Room1)

The WaterGuard™ function is to collect and move excess water that's seeping out from the floors/wall joints. Under the grey lines, in this photo, is where the WaterGuard™ is installed.

Basement Hallway (Room2)

Towards the end of this hallway, following along the path of the WaterGuard™ is the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump. Its function is to pump the water that's being collected by the WaterGuard™ and out to the external discharge lines leading outside.
