Our team recently completed a waterproofing project that involved installing a WaterGuard™ system, a TripleSafe™ sump pump, a CleanSpace™ wall system, and a LawnScape™ outlet. The WaterGuard™ system collects excess water that seeps through the joints between the basement floor and walls. The water is then directed away from the basement foundation by the powerful TripleSafe™ sump pump. Finally, we installed the CleanSpace™ wall system, which is specifically designed to keep the walls dry.
Drainage
Our TrenchDrains™ are designed to collect water from the floor and redirect it to your perimeter drain and sump pump.
Pump
Our TripleSafe™ sump pump includes a backup battery for the third built-in pump.
Clean Wall
The CleanSpace™ wall system is similar to our other wall systems; it effectively prevents water vapor from passing through your foundation walls and directs it to your sump pump.
Lawn
Our LawnScape™ outlet is being installed outside the home to direct excess water away from the basement.
