For this job, our team had to waterproof this customer's basement by installing a WaterGuard™ system, TripleSafe™ sump pump, a CleanSpace™ wall system, and a LawnScape™ connected to the discharge line. The WaterGuard™ system is designed to collect the water that's seeping into the basement. Then it goes to the TripleSafe™ sump pump, where it will be pumped away from the basement through the discharge line.

The WaterGuard™ system collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to your sump pump.
Dry Wall
The CleanSpace™ wall system holds back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump.
Pump
In the case of a tripped circuit, power outage, or sump failure, your TripleSafe™'s UltraSump® Battery Backup System will kick in.
