On this job, our team had to install a WaterGuard™ system, TripleSafe™ sump pump, TrenchDrain™, CleanSpace™ wall system, and a LawnScape™ outlet. We first installed the WaterGuard™ system along the floor joints of the Basement. This will allow easy access for the water to drain directly into the system. We then installed the TripleSafe™ sump pump so that the collected water from the WaterGuards™ can be pumped away from the basement and through the discharge line and out the LawnScape™ outlet.

WaterGuard™

The WaterGuard™ system collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to your sump pump.

Pump

In the case of a tripped circuit, power outage, or sump failure, your TripleSafe™'s UltraSump® Battery Backup System will kick in.

Clean Wall

The CleanSpace™ wall system can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump.

Drain

The grated opening of this system is designed to accept water from the floor, where it's then redirected to your perimeter drain and your sump pump.

LawnScape™

Here is what the finished installation of the LawnScape™ looks like. The LawnScape™ allows the water to drain away from the basement.
