The job consists of installing a sub-floor drainage system in accordance with the job drawings to effectively manage basement water intrusion. An access Port will be installed to allow for access and future maintenance of the system. Finished walls and studs will be cut as required for installation, and the homeowner will be responsible for restoring them afterward. If the installation exceeds 70 feet, a dumpster will be required at the homeowner’s expense for debris removal. A 32-inch-tall CleanSpace Wall System will be installed as indicated on the plans, along with additional clean wall space System sections to fully cover designated wall areas. This consists of a durable, 20-mil poly vapor barrier that provides a clean, bright surface while directing any wall moisture into the WaterGuard drainage system for proper waterproofing integration. This system can only be used in conjunction with an approved Basement Systems waterproofing setup to ensure full performance and efficiency
