This job involves installing a sub-floor drainage system, positioned along the interior perimeter as shown in the job drawings, to capture water seeping through walls or floors and direct it to the sump system. An exterior discharge line will be installed according to the plans to efficiently carry water away from the foundation. The project includes installing a pump system with a twin liner, a 1/3 horsepower cast iron primary AC pump, and a 1/2 horsepower cast iron AC backup pump, complete with three pump stands, an airtight lid with a sealed floor drain, and an alarm system for optimal functionality.
