This job includes installing the sub-floor drainage system as indicated in the job drawings to manage basement water intrusion by collecting seepage from walls and directing it to a sump pump. A pump system will be installed featuring a twin liner, 1/3 hp cast iron primary AC pump, 1/2 hp cast iron AC backup pump, and a battery backup with alarm, charging/control box, and a 120-amp maintenance-free battery, including three pump stands, an airtight lid with sealed floor drain, and an alarm system for dependable operation. A discharge line system will be added to prevent flooding caused by frozen or blocked lines, while an outlet will be installed at the end of the discharge line for water dispersion.
